Inail Spa Reviews

I’ve been getting manicure-pedicures for men for over 30 years, and I’ve never encountered anything remotely close to this level of disappointment. This place was a disaster from start to finish. The sanitation and cleanliness were poor; the overall vibe was dirty, from the reception area to the workstations, and I didn’t feel safe handing over my hands and feet in that environment. The service felt unprofessional and rushed, with staff more interested in upselling than delivering quality work. I explicitly declined certain add-ons, yet I was pressured hard , and there was no transparent pricing, which left me feeling scammed and frustrated. The quality was further compromised as I had to go to another place to repair the damage that was done or left behind by this spa, which is unacceptable and indicative of shoddy workmanship. I showed up the weekend before the Fourth of July with no appointment available elsewhere, which is on me for not planning ahead, but the experience should not be this bad, especially when considering the supposed convenience. The overall impression was horrible from start to finish; I left deeply dissatisfied and doubted the hygiene standards of this spa. If you’re considering this place, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere and book with a reputable, properly staffed, and hygiene-conscious salon. A professional establishment would never treat a loyal customer with such disregard

I made an appointment for 230. I showed up at 2:35 and they had two people in the chairs. She told me I could come back at five. If I wanted a 5 o’clock appointment, I would have made that appointment.

It makes me very sad to see anyone say anything negative about this special place. Jay (and team) work tirelessly to please their customers and their manicures and pedicures are the BEST. They takes so much time to make appointmemts so that everyone has the right amount of pampered time. Anyone dissatisfied didn't make an appointment or arrive on time. They also generously support the Bayville community. Very special place!

Updated review: Since Jay, Laura and Luna have left they have a whole new staff. I am not impressed. One lady in particular is rude This was on a Wednesday . I also felt pressured to add items. They cut my nails short without asking me. I also made a specific appt and showed up at 10:00 and they told me to come back later in the day: the place is dirty. This use to be a 5 star nail salon. I will not be back. My original review: Jay and Laura do an amazing mani and pedi Prices are good and the salon is clean I love to support small businesses and am happy to support Inails

i Nail Spa is a wonderful place. The staff is friendly and it is very clean. they do a lot of repeat business, so you know you are in good hands. It gets pretty busy, so it is a good idea to call ahead for an appointment. There is plenty of free parking and the prices are good. I highly recommend this spa.
