The service felt unprofessional and rushed, with staff more interested in upselling than delivering quality work. I explicitly declined certain add-ons, yet I was pressured hard , and there was no transparent pricing, which left me feeling scammed and frustrated. The quality was further compromised as I had to go to another place to repair the damage that was done or left behind by this spa, which is unacceptable and indicative of shoddy workmanship. I showed up the weekend before the Fourth of July with no appointment available elsewhere, which is on me for not planning ahead, but the experience should not be this bad, especially when considering the supposed convenience. The overall impression was horrible from start to finish; I left deeply dissatisfied and doubted the hygiene standards of this spa. If you’re considering this place, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere and book with a reputable, properly staffed, and hygiene-conscious salon.
